Deposits and Booking Fees
A booking fee is an essential, non refundable deposit that secures your service and covers our most basic of expenses. Our booking fee counts as part of the final fee for services, not in addition to. A booking fee excludes travelling expenses. The deposit amount can be amended depending upon the service/s you require. Should this occur, and you wish to make the payment online, we will send you access to a personalised purchase area. Dates are reserved only when a booking fee has been paid and are available as cleared funds.
Our booking fees are currently £75.00 for on-site food photography which excludes additional travel expenses. Our Studio booking fees are currently £125.00 which excludes models and food stylists.
Expenses
Pre-agreed travel and accommodation expenses must be paid before we will travel from our location. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the photography session and loss of deposit. Travel and accommodation expenses are applicable on top of our fees for service and are refunded in circumstances when unused where adequate notice of cancellation has been given. Any refund issued will be minus fees incurred as a result of cancellation, eg hotel cancellation fee.
Cancellation
If Image Hungry is forced to cancel a booking for reasons beyond our control, (death, injury, sickness etc.) our liability shall be limited to a full refund of all monies paid. Every effort will be made to find an alternative photographer.
Should you, the client, cancel, as compensation for loss of income, the following charges apply, at our discretion, as a percentage of the total fee due.
3 days or less = 100%
3 - 7 days = 50%,
7 days plus = 0%
Payments and Payment Options
We accept online payments via Paypal, BACS payments and cheques. Please make cheques payable to Razor Smile. Clients are responsible for any fees incurred through the decline of payment.
