Security
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
Secure Online booking
To request our services an on-line booking form must be completed. This secures your booking and ensures that the photographers are available. Upon your booking you will be presented with a hard copy contract and terms. Below is not an inclusive contract and should only be taken as guidance.
Additional requirements
Please state on your initial booking if you require additional services such as models or food stylists to ensure they are booked for the shoot.
If you require a second photographer please notify us no later than 1 week before the shoot.
If you require more than one photographer you must state on the initial booking.
Services such as building photography will not be provided on the day unless requested in advance.
Images can take up to 14 working days for post-production editing.
Additional disks are charged at a fee of £5.00 per disc to cover our time and expenses.
Our minimum charge is two hours. Unless otherwise stated we do not offer one hour photography shoots due to the amount of time required for set-up.
How the Contract is Formed
When an online purchase is submitted we treat the order as an offer by you to purchase a service from Image Hungry subject to our terms and conditions.
Your order constitutes an offer to us to purchase services or goods. Please note that an offer does not indicate an accepted order and we reserve the right to decline a sale.
Amendments to your order following its submission are at our sole discretion.
Rights of Use and Copyrights
When a project has been completed and paid for in full we grant a right of use over your images. This permits the client to use their images in a royalty free fashion.
You may not sell the images we create, add them to stock libraries or file sharing sites. You may not make profit from the images we produce by way of resale.
The right of use is extended to one company only unless expressed otherwise.
All images remain copyright of Image Hungry.
In cases where images are used without expressed permission an image hire fee will be added on a daily basis to compensate us for the use of our images. This fee is £25 per image per day.
We reserve the right to display our work within our portfolio and/or on our website(s).
Complaints Procedure
If you are unhappy with the results of your project we will work to address any issues. Contact us outlining the issues and we will review your images.
Please contact us if you have an issue with paying your outstanding bill as failure to do so could result in late fees being applied.
When a client has chosen to proceed with a project against the advice of the photographer we reserve the right to refuse to issue a refund should the results fail to meet the expectations of the client. An example of such an instance could be when a client insists on using glass objects against a white background.
